Strips & Dots (Ver 2)

Remember my last Strips & Dots post here, here's the other way around.. striped top and polka dots skirt. I tend to be confuse when it come to mixing patterns and this is probably the easiest way:

1) a larger pattern + a smaller pattern

2) stay in the same color family (nothing can be easier than black & white)

Any tips in mixing patterns? Do share =D
