All summer long I wanted to get the Jeffrey Campbell's Foxy Platforms but was indecisive because 1) it was very expansive US$145, 2) it's super high heel and 3) I couldn't find it in Toronto (buying online from US means paying shipping & custom)..... before being able to make up my mind the summer is over already....
Then the Lita came out and they are selling it in store at Little Burgundy for $160 but only in Black.... good thing that's the color I wanted although it comes in a zillion of colors since 1)black goes with everything and anything, 2) it's a really good contrast to the brown wooden heels =D Went in store twice to try it before buying it (I'm so indecisive), first time went in there and actually bought a lower heel booties and then the second time with my bf and ask his opinion (he doesn't mind me towering over him w/ my super high heels) and refund the one I bought before for this one.... yeah, FINALLY!!!

Coastal Scents
I have been wanting to buy Coastal Scents palletes for a while but the shipping and custom have been stopping me. But recently I find myself spending more and more on makeup (I guess you need more the more you get older)... I realise that I'm spending way more than if I just buy the CS palletes once and for all.... since my friend wanted to get one too, I end up buying the Combo set 5 which consist of all four 88 palletes =D
I also bought their Gel liners since they were having a buy 2 get 1 free deal. I have chosen the True Black, Stellar (which is almost grayish) and Royal Purple (a bit too dark for my taste, it looks almost black when put on, should have chosen a lighter shade). For $6.95/ea, these really works great and I would say even better than my MakeUpForever one that I think is too thick and dry up to quicj and it cost around $25.
I also bought 3 brushes and all for less then $3.50/ea :
BR-242 ~ Angled Liner Brush, super thin to give you super precise line, great with the gel liner.
BR-510 ~ Lip Brush
BR-104 ~ Synthetic Deluxe Crease Brush, it's really soft for a synthetic brush and great for blending
I also bought 2 packs of Brush Guards to use after washing my brushes, so that I can put it upside down to dry and it won't damage the handle and glue....

School Bakery & Cafe x3
I went to School Bakery & Cafe 3 times, twice for Brunch back in April and June and once again 2 weeks ago for a mid-week de-stress dinner. I chose School mainly because I just read a review about dinner there (they were mainly known for Lunch/Brunch only) and also because it just happens that there was a FabFind deal of $15 for $30 coupon.
For my first visit back in April, the first sight when stepping into School was.... how could I not love it right away =D with all these goodies... both sweet & savory scones, muffins, cookies, squares...etc

The entire cafe is decorated in a School theme with all the clocks on the wall at 3:30 and blackboards everywhere... don't forget the apple centerpiece on each table and the clipboard menus

beard papa's
I got a Deal of the Day email for a $10 coupon for beard papa's... I didn't even know they open up one at Pacific Mall since I haven't been there since forever =D Beard papa's are a worldwide franchise cream puffs store that's originates from Osaka, Japan... tried it when I was in Hong Kong.... so I bought the coupon right away. The $10 Deal was valued at more than $26 and it include 2 original vanilla puffs, 2 green tea puffs, 2 feature flavour puffs, 2 cheesecake sticks and 2 fondue chocolate cake.
When we got there at around 5:30pm, there was quite a line up, I start to think that it may be good and worth the wait.... hummmm, waiting waiting & more waiting (for around 10 mins)
Love how everyone are dress in their cute "cook" uniform.....and they bake the puffs on the spot and the creams are squeeze in as per order....

Going Riding ?!? LOL !!!

Just got these suede boots online from Urban Outfitters, these are much taller than I had thought, it actually touch my knees =D
Love how it looks slightly stain/dirty at the toe and heels..... I wanted to get a pair of flat boots to walk around in apart from my Uggs for winter and this is perfect. Plus it'll go with all my bohemian style that I am so into right now and still goes well with jeans.
